TITLE:  Full-Time Membership Development Representative – El Monte Branch 

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist new and current members with their financial needs such as; accurately open new accounts, process account transactions, resolve questions for members with courtesy, professionalism and knowledge, identify product promotion opportunities and services to members. The Membership Development Representative will also make outbound phone calls to existing members to maintain and expand banking relationships and assist Business Development Reps at various functions to promote the credit union when necessary.  Perform other job-related duties as assigned.  Also supports the Business Development Representatives who serve our members in the field.  The Membership Development Representative position prepares an employee for a potential position as a Business Development Representative in the field.

QUALIFICATIONSThe candidate must possess outstanding communication skills while demonstrating a positive, upbeat attitude. The candidate must also be able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity while maintaining high product knowledge by learning new promotional techniques and products.  Spanish speaker with previous experience in a sales culture preferred.

TITLE:  Full-Time Teller – El Monte Branch

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:  Accurately perform member transactions via mail and in person.  Assist members with account questions and transactions as well as accurately negotiate the sale of non-monetary instruments such as money orders, gift cards and amusement park tickets.  Recognize fraudulent checks and counterfeit currency.  Answer Member Service calls as needed with a positive, upbeat attitude.  Work efficiently and accurately.

QUALIFICATIONSThe candidate must possess outstanding communication skills while demonstrating a positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to deliver outstanding service both in person and on the telephone. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.  Previous cash-handling skills preferred.
