FULL-TIME MEMBER SERVICE REP – EL MONTE BRANCH
Our credit union is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Member Services department at a credit union that has earned the highest rating in the country for its Safety and Soundness.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist members over the telephone with a positive and sincere attitude. Discuss products and services offered at our credit union and answer many different types of questions as they relate to members’ accounts. Solve issues for members with courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. Accurately perform transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must possess outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English while demonstrating a positive, upbeat attitude. Must be willing to work any eight-hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm. The candidate must also be able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity. Previous customer service with a financial institution preferred. Opportunity for advancement.
